I had a fantastic stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even going as far as to move my room to a higher floor for a better night's sleep. The location was perfect, situated between Shibuya and Shinjuku, with easy access to the subway but away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were comfortable and the view from the 11th floor was amazing. I especially loved the rooftop terrace with its fine views of the National Stadium and Tokyo Skyline. The public bath on the second floor was a wonderful way to unwind after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, helpful staff, and comfortable rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is just perfect. It's right next to a subway station, making it very easy to get around. Plus, there are no convenience stores nearby, giving you a chance to experience local restaurants and shops. The service is impeccable, with housekeeping and taxi service always available. The room amenities are top-notch, including heating and air conditioning, free wi-fi, and soundproofed rooms. The flat-screen TV and am/fm alarm clock were also great additions. The dining restaurant is lovely and the public bath facilities are the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent with a subway station right next to it, making it convenient to explore nearby areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya. However, there are no restaurants or kombini nearby, but there is a bakery and cafe within the hotel itself. The rooms are well-equipped and clean, with the added advantage of having a balcony to enjoy the stunning views. The staff provides great service, and there are facilities like a gym and a Japanese-style bathhouse for guests to enjoy.
I wish there was a Japanese restaurant in the hotel instead of an Italian one.

The hotel had amazing amenities! The rooftop terrace offered fine views of the city skyline and the National Stadium. Plus, the public bath on the second floor was so soothing after a long day of exploring. Another great aspect was the helpful staff who spoke English and were always ready to assist.
The lack of nearby convenience stores or restaurants was a bit inconvenient, especially when craving a quick snack or meal. the noise from the trains running outside the hotel might disturb light sleepers.
